AiGuy is an AI automation agency operated by Gianni Pisa, registered in the Netherlands.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records)

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

5. Cookies

Our website does not use any analytics or tracking tools.

Our website does not use:

• Third-party advertising cookies
• Social media tracking pixels

We only use technically necessary cookies if required for basic website functionality (e.g., session handling). These do not require consent under the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet.

6. Data Retention

• Scheduling data: Deleted within 12 months after the call takes place
• Client data: Retained for the duration of the contract plus 7 years (Dutch tax law obligation)
• Email correspondence: Retained for 2 years after last contact, unless ongoing relationship

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data

8. AI Transparency (EU AI Act)

In compliance with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we provide the following transparency disclosures about our use of AI:

8.1 AI in Our Services

AiGuy builds and deploys AI-powered automation systems for clients. The AI technologies we use include:

• Large language models (such as Anthropic Claude) for text generation, email drafting, and document automation
• Workflow automation tools (Make, n8n) that may include AI-powered decision nodes
• AI customer agents that interact with end-users on behalf of our clients

8.2 AI-Interaction Disclosure

When you interact with an AI customer agent built by AiGuy (on our clients' platforms), you will be informed that you are interacting with an AI system, not a human, in accordance with Article 50(1) of the EU AI Act.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

Content produced by our AI systems (proposals, emails, reports) undergoes human review before delivery. Where AI-generated content is published without substantial human editorial control, it will be labeled as AI-generated in accordance with Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act.

8.4 AI Literacy

In compliance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act (in force since February 2, 2025), our team maintains sufficient AI literacy through ongoing training and documented understanding of the AI systems we deploy, their capabilities, limitations, and risks.

8.5 No High-Risk AI Use

We do not deploy AI systems classified as high-risk under Annex III of the EU AI Act. Our AI systems are not used for employment decisions, credit scoring, law enforcement, or other high-risk applications as defined by the regulation.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• Encrypted communications (TLS/HTTPS)
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular review of data processing activities
• Secure hosting with reputable providers
