1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AiGuy website (aiguy.nl) and the AI automation services provided by AiGuy, operated by Gianni Pisa, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 96633794).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

AiGuy provides AI automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Workflow automation design and deployment
• AI customer agent development
• CRM and sales automation
• Document and proposal automation
• Data pipeline and analytics solutions
• Custom AI solutions

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately for each engagement and documented in a project agreement or statement of work.

3. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website for commercial purposes without our written consent

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of AiGuy and is protected by Dutch and international copyright and trademark laws.

For client engagements: ownership of deliverables is defined in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive full ownership of custom automation solutions built specifically for their business upon full payment.

5. AI-Powered Services

Our services involve the use of artificial intelligence technologies. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• AI systems may generate outputs that require human review and validation
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before publication or distribution
• We comply with the EU AI Act transparency obligations and will inform end-users when they are interacting with an AI system

6. Third-Party Services

Our website links to third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• AiGuy provides the website "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website
• For paid services, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

For consumer disputes, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
